What changes when you revisit an area at night?

Official descriptions promise new, horrifying creatures and secrets when players return to areas at night. This establishes that nighttime is more than a visual filter, but the sources do not quantify enemy changes or list specific night-exclusive rewards.

Is night the only reason to revisit locations?

No. The official FAQ separately says players can revisit areas after obtaining new traversal abilities to find additional treasure and secrets. Nighttime changes and ability-gated exploration may overlap, but no source says they are the same system.

The confirmed locations page lists the environments publicly named so far.

Can players switch between day and night freely?

That has not been explained. There is no confirmed sleep system, clock speed, time-skip option, or penalty for exploring at night in the currently available website and Steam text. A pre-release guide should not invent one from trailer lighting.

Are nighttime enemies stronger?

The word “horrifying” describes the creatures, not their numerical difficulty. No official source currently says that all night enemies have more health, deal more damage, or offer better drops. Those claims require in-game testing after launch.

How will night routes be documented after release?

Useful route pages should record the game version, starting location, time condition, exact trigger, reward, and whether the encounter repeated. That evidence will distinguish a true night-only event from randomization or a traversal gate.
